I was on subscription pause had no reminder no money to pay for these once reinstated they didn't care hounded me they got payment even though no boxers sent out yet wouldn't allow me to cancel subscription. Today they got their money over then been able to cancel but told I still have to make another payment for a final pair that I don't want .avoid at all costs also never received a pair of socks I was supposed to and wrong designs of underwear !
