“So I was actually on a game and this advertisement “on that ass” came up , so I had a look through to see what it was about and it interested me at the start , it came up with 1 pound delivery just for the set of underwear so I got myself the pink ones I got for free obviously and I just paid delivery , it came and I tried it on I liked it but couple days later the underwear ripped into pieces it was like it wasn’t sawed on properly or anything so I threw it away , I checked my emails randomly to receive what other people are getting on here as they are threatening to get debt collectors , they say if I don’t send 13 pound we will charge more and more and they give you a certain amount of time to pay it or it’s the threatening emails , so I send a email back saying I want to unsubscribe and don’t threatened me with debt collectors .”

However, quality alone doesn't make up for what has turned out to be one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. To start, On That Ass operates on a subscription model where each month you’re automatically charged for a new design. But here's the catch: if you receive a design you dislike, there’s almost no option for a return or refund. This might be tolerable if you had a way to easily cancel, but getting customer support to even acknowledge requests is a whole other story.
The so-called “Terms and Conditions” feel like they were written to trap the consumer rather than provide transparency. The lack of straightforward information on how to make adjustments to your subscription—or even an easy way to contact customer service—is suspicious at best and predatory at worst. I tried contacting them multiple times to inquire about options to return an undesirable design, but all I received was an endless loop of automated responses. It almost feels like they rely on customers giving up in frustration, which is hardly a good look for a company supposedly interested in customer satisfaction.
Ultimately, despite the quality of the product, On That Ass falls flat in every other respect. I had hoped for a pleasant, flexible shopping experience, but instead, I feel like I've been duped. If you're thinking about signing up, be prepared to be disappointed by everything outside of the actual underwear itself.”

“It's basically a scam. I accepted a subscription trial, but during it, and after I checked and confirmed 2 times that the subscription was inactive. I never activated it since I was undecided. Yet I have been charged the full price as if I was subscribed and active, and when I tried to cancel the subscription they told me I was going to be charged another extra month because it takes a whole month for them to cancel it. So I got a free trial and they scammed me to pay for 2 months that I did not want to.
Avoid this service at all costs.”
“Omg i have never had such a bad bra… first of all the sizes don’t make sense at all because with bras you don’t just have an S, M or L and those are the only options to choose from. I guess I can’t complain too much because I got a free pair of underwear but immediately threw them in the trash as soon as I had tried them on because I just know I am never gonna wear that hideous bra. On the pictures it looked fine on the model but in reality it’s like they let a toddler draw a bra and someone just used that as design without putting any thought on if it would actually function as a bra. When I tried the bra on I instantly felt that it did not hold my boobs up at all, so I tightened the straps and instead of it giving me more stability it just lifted the part of the bra on my back up… so my boobs were still hanging and now my bra just looked weird from behind. Not to mention that the design is completely unrealistic for someone with actual boobs because the 2 parts that cover your boobs are way too close to each other causing your tits to hang out on the sides. I haven’t even talked about the underpants part yet. It’s absolutely nothing. It’s the thinnest cheapest material I have ever felt and I can’t believe they call that a piece of underwear. Literally all my hair comes right trough the fabric and it just does nothing. One thing im also frustrated about is that about a year ago I did the same thing but for men’s underwear, and that was perfectly fine. One of the best underpants I have seen it’s very sturdy and just high quality and I find it absurd that the same company has such a huge difference in quality for men and women. If you’re not good in producing women’s clothing that just don’t, because this is crazy.”
