I wasnt able to cancel my free trial without paying first, i tried contacting support many times and never got answer back. After they threatened me with legal repercussions i caved in and payed the subscription fee without even liking the product. Only then i was able to cancel my membership- the catch? After canceling my subscription i have to pay two more months just to cancel my membership… BIGGEST SCAM EVER
