“What terrible customer service. The chat is so prescriptive it's pointless! When you email them, they take ages to respond and then don’t even read your issues correctly. I have ended up with half a dozen pairs of shorts that are wrongly sized. They are so coarse you need a larger size than normal to wear them comfortably.

I signed up to On That Ass because they promised a free pair of boxers upon sign up. I received them and thought they looked okay so I decided to stay on for one extra month. The second pair looked dreadful, and neither pair were all that comfortable, so I cancelled my membership and, as any reasonable person would expect, thought that was the end of it.
However they told me that, according to their terms and conditions, I have a final payment to make which will result in a 3rd pair of boxers. Somehow they have rigged their terms and conditions so that, after cancelling their product, you are FORCED to buy another pair. Yes, I am going to be forced to purchase one last pair of boxers I don't want. I have contacted them and told them I don't want them, but they sent a happy and friendly reply warning me of extra fees if I don't pay up. It was like they enjoyed the feeling of having me trapped. They even put a smiley face on the end. Enraging.
This company do not care about customers. They do not want you to be happy. They want to rip every last penny from you. This is not a "customers first" business. My advice - steer well clear!
On That Ass if you are reading this and suddenly develop a conscience (unlikely), contact me to refund the final, exploitative payment you made. The boxers you send me will be unopened and you are welcome to have them back.”

Just Google 'On that ass misleading false advertising'. They have lost legal battles regarding this. Having signed up to receive a free pair of boxer shorts trial and having cancelled within the specified time, they still wanted a subscription payment for that month's boxer shorts. This is not made clear anywhere on the offer. Closing your account is made ridiculously difficult. Harassment and threats follow. If you receive an email or advert stating 'free boxers shorts' without any explanation or wording which clearly states that you, the consumer will need to pay for something in return for getting the free item then this is deemed misleading and possibly deceitful and a breach of your rights.”

They send you emails saying "check your subscription status " on a link and once you click there says "your subscription has been renewed". I sent an email one minute (ONE MINUTE) later (that nobody answered and today, haven´t beenr eceived anything thay say i´ll be aded on slow payer list.
