And no once you've signed up and subscribed you cannot cancel the subscription until the 14 day free trial ends and by then they will have charged you. Do not get misleaded by this because it is not free and they will steal money from you and refuse to refund you.”

“I decided to try their offer of a free pair, and I was told they were on their way. After a week of waiting for delivery, I contacted them to say they hadn't arrived, so they said they'd send a second free pair. However, they arrived on the 15th day since I placed the order, so they had debited my account a few hours before the package arrived! Now I was locked into a membership. Worse yet, when I tried them boxers on, I found they were a poor fit (I used their sizing guide, even though that said to order a size up from my normal size) and the waistband comes up to my belly button.
I used PayPal for my subscription originally, so I simply cancelled the subscription on the PayPal site. When they insisted that I had to pay for another pair, I used a one-off credit card, so that I can be sure that they won't be able to take any further payments.
Pros: I like the prints, and the quality of manufacture seems okay.
Cons: sizing is completely wrong; getting out of subscription is difficult; 'chatting' with customer service is a poor chatbot; it takes too long to get sizes changed.
I'd advise anyone reading these reviews not to join this subscription scheme.”

“How can this scammers have this high rating?! I ordered and never got anything. Chatbot on their website told me to do "refund request" and they will send another straight away. It´s been 3 weeks and surprise, I haven´t got anything. I tried to contact them trought chatbot on webiste, no use. So I got their e-mail, tried to contact them via it and next surprise, That e-mail doesn´t exists.

“I recently tried a free trial membership with "On That Ass," where they promised to send one boxer and allow me to decide whether to continue or cancel the subscription. The boxer I received was of extremely low quality and a huge disappointment, so I canceled the subscription right away, well before the 14-day free trial expiration date.
Despite canceling promptly, they attempted to charge me for another month of membership. I had to open a claim with PayPal disputing this unauthorized charge, which was thankfully resolved in my favor. Now, I'm being harassed with emails demanding payment and even sending threats.
This company is a huge scam. If your business isn't making money, maybe you should focus on improving your products and services instead of harassing customers. Fortunately, my bank was able to get my money back, but now "On That Ass" is mad they couldn't scam me and are resorting to harassment. Avoid this company at all costs!”
