I recently tried a free trial membership with "On That Ass," where they promised to send one boxer and allow me to decide whether to continue or cancel the subscription. The boxer I received was of extremely low quality and a huge disappointment, so I canceled the subscription right away, well before the 14-day free trial expiration date. Despite canceling promptly, they attempted to charge me for another month of membership. I had to open a claim with PayPal disputing this unauthorized charge, which was thankfully resolved in my favor. Now, I'm being harassed with emails demanding payment and even sending threats. This company is a huge scam. If your business isn't making money, maybe you should focus on improving your products and services instead of harassing customers. Fortunately, my bank was able to get my money back, but now "On That Ass" is mad they couldn't scam me and are resorting to harassment. Avoid this company at all costs!
