“I was a victim of this scam, this company took my hard earned money, to be very honest it was not easy meeting different acclaimed recovery person for help to recover my money, as God may have it, I was lucky to meet Alex crypto FX at writeme DT com (he's email). Who helped recover my lost funds in just 48, I almost thought I have lost it all until I met him.
I personally recommend him to you.”
“I have never had problem - once even my boxers didn't arrive on time, but two weeks later (but due to local courier) so they sent me them again, thus I recieved them twice. Also had the socks membership and all was well.”
“I got my first pair in Jan 2024, cancelled within trial period and all good. was extremely easy to cancel it. I also signed up by accident for socks subscription, there was no trial period, I emailed them the same day to say it was mistake and they were kind enough not to Charge me, even though they didn't have to”
“I never recieved my first free pair, but it seems like I finally recieved that plus an extra free pair. So happy with the quality and how helpful their support was on facebook (Aparenly they are now offering email support only...). Also got the socks membership, no issues what so ever except the first free pair. Highly recommend!”
“Been subbed to these guys since end of last year. Every pair that ive had through fit be perfectly, had to change my order slightly from XL to L through my own diet and next pair came through as an L , and again start to fit me perfectly.
Yes they are expensive for a pair of boxers, but they are comfortable to wear and have really cool designs”
“I am happy with my first pair of boxers but as they are for a present I have suspended my membership until the person I am giving then to advises me other wise. Thank you xx”
“U guys are just stupid, just buy with a virtual card with 5 $ when u subscrive for the free pair.
I Get 5 free boxers and paid 0 $, and i dont get more because i dont need, u guys need to urderstand how to buy online things before try to buy something lel”
“Their strongest side is the product's design. The boxer lineup is very visually appealing and the matching socks are very nice as well. The product's quality is less impressive, the boxers visibly wear out after a couple of uses and the socks do not take machine washing very well. All ordered and paid for items arrive eventually, but most orders only arrive after being "returned" due to lack of delivery in the web interface.
As for promises of free trials and free products, most never arrived. Marketing suggests delivery of two free boxers. The second pair of free boxers never arrived.
Website further offered a free pair of socks, which signed me up for a socks membership. The free socks did arrive. Later, the website again offered a free pair of socks, which I again took. These never arrived.
Furthermore, during canceling of some memberships, (on accounts all of which have made payments for products), additional free products and discounts were offered in exchange for the membership not being terminated. These free products did not materialize. A discount was applied once, but only on one item.
Another problem I encountered was orders simply never getting processed, where I would not be charged in a given month and no items would be shipped. This would have annoyed me greatly had I not been signed up with multiple accounts, so I did end up purchasing at least one of each item.
It is worth reiterating that as of last week, all paid for products have eventually arrived. The products offered in promotions have, mostly, not.
As a side note, I've encountered many bugs on their website.
Items marked as not delivered once cannot be marked as not delivered again. The website gives a generic error message, the graphql response from the server states that the order was already used in a return. This means that if a re-delivery were to fail, you would be unable to request re-re-delivery. This has not happened to me personally with any product I actually paid for. Products from promotional offers are a different story, as outlined above.
Overall, I'm giving OTA 3/5 stars due to misleading marketing and quality issues. Other ratings calling them an outright scam do not correspond to my experience.
I've tested their service with multiple accounts and multiple addresses.
It is worth noting their web interface is rather confusing and might not be understood by people not working in the field of IT, which could lead some people to consider the whole thing a scam.
If you want to pay for nice boxers, go for it. If you're expecting something for free, don't get your hopes up.
People are obviously not entitled to free things, until you explicitly promise to provide them free things. It seems reasonable to hold a company to its promises.
If all items promised were shipped, this rating would be a solid 5/5.”
“Agree every comment, fell for same trap of social media, paid 9.99 free pair +1, its a monthly subscription fair dous, boxer's aint bad but not worth 9.99 a month, still paying for it, cancelled subscription a couple of time and got free pairs, always pay in the end, they are what they are,”
“Be careful I invested a total of $75,000.00USD worth of Bitcoin with an online company who does trading and was guaranteed a payout of 25% a week. They ended up shutting down their company website but their website was still running. So I could still see my dashboard at that time and instead of paying weekly they ended up compounding my money. It ended up compounding to $179,000USD so I requested for a withdrawal which was declined before they shutdown their website, I complained to my colleague at work who directed me about this recovery expert, Mr. Nick jover that helped him, i contacted him immediately, what surprised me most that I recovered my money that same week. You can contact him at : {nick jover4 (at) g m a i l . c o m} he will assist you on the steps to recover your invested funds. Good luck as you contact him for help”
“They trap you with the subscription system; I paused it, and I didn't see at that there was an option to cancel the account. Then automatically, they send me a boxer and a bill. and now I can only cancel after one month, so they sent it to me in March, and next they said they would also send it to me in April, and from May on, the account would be cancelled. This is it; I don't want it.”
