How do i delete this scamming account, as it is terrible, as they keep taking money out of my account, which i c an ill afford, as i am umemployed, and need that money for good, or bills, please help.
Go to "Memberships" select the membership you want to cancel, and select "Membership status", there you will see a list of reasons and select your reason for cancelling.
I don't know these scam artists 64 years old and they want me to dress up like a clown i blocked them at my bank don't even know how they got my bank number i looked at all my emails and never seen them once they are for sure a scam bunch
how do i cancel my subscription? since reading the reviews about on that ass it’s a scam and i don’t want my money to get eaten how did you guys managed to escape from on that ass? also i have subscribed on the 23rd of october, according to on that ass information i can cancel it after 7 days so that would be the 31st of october, now that today is the 24th of october it says that i can cancel it the 1st of november and this doesn’t make sense

I registered through PayPal, I found simply cancelling the Membership the second I was able to on the website making sure not to just pause (You have to press a few different buttons to cancel as otherwise they just trick you into pausing after which they can legally start it again and begin to charge you again) and cancelling the DD via Paypal seemed to be enough for me. Never heard from them again, no payment attempts made then a month after that I reached out for them to delete my account and they did as they could see the subscription had fallen inactive for a month)
