Avoid this company, I'm experiencing similar issue like others, I've cancelled my subscription on my account way before the second pair of boxer was going to arrive. My online account has clearly stated that my membership is inactive, but they insist that I have a second pair of boxer due for payment, and I have to pay £9.99? The second boxer won't be dispatch until the missing payment is clear. So why do I need to clear the payment when my membership is cancelled and they haven't even dispatched the product? How does that make any sense?? 1.) My memebership is cancelled and I don't need a second pair of their crappy boxer, which they insist that I need to pay. 2.) Secondly, they keep sending out emails threatening customers about sending their information to debt chaser with penalty charges. Avoid this company they are tricking people to get a free boxer making it hard for you to cancel memebership, which is disgusting marketing strategy. No need to go throught this hassle, their boxers does not worth £10.

Cancelled my subscription a few months ago and now being threatened by email that if I do not pay £9.99 for the Blair boxers I have not received and frankly do not want then charges will be added to my account which is inactive by the way and then will be handed over to their debt collection partner. They can do one🖕. I've had to get a company called Dyme involved to write to ON THAT ASS on my behalf. I've received a confirmation email from ON THAT ASS and yet the scamming pricks are harassing me via email on a daily basis. I am thankful my bank card expired and I refuse to put the details of the new one onto the account. Avoid this company at all costs. They draw you in, but when it comes to leaving them then it's complete hell to break from their grasp.

Just like everyone else here got scalled by these. Fukkers… but anyways quick tip for everyone living in the european union send them an email where you ask formally to have your personal data removed under rhe GDPR LAW. If they do not oblige you can sue them and you will win!

Alarmingly unscrupulous outfit. Website made it impossible to cancel subscriptions so I emailed them asking them to stop the subscriptions and delete my account. They did not. They rather took 2 more payments for this socks and their undies. Customer service was slow to reply and refused to refund me. Normal practice in Europe is that you have time to get a refund in any case but On that Ass refused flat out to give me my money back which they should not have taken out of my account. They sent more products and would not advise how to return these unwanted items. Again they have refused flat out to return my money which they took after I cancelled my account. I would not touch this company with a barge poll. They have had ample opportunities to put this right and I see from reviews this is not the first case. If you’re in the UK you can complain to Trading Standards: Trading Standards use the information you give them to investigate unfair trading and illegal business activity, like rogue traders and scams. Trading Standards can take businesses to court or stop them operating. https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office

i cancelled my membership through their website in april/may 2022. it is currently June and i am still getting charged for their product and still getting their products through the door. now i got email again today saying i got to pay again next month to receive their product in august as i got to pay 1 month advance. mind i cancelled back in april/may and it says my membership is inactive since then. April to August = 4 Months. so 4 months after i cancelled they are demanding payment to receive a product....

They automatically charged my PayPal without even me placing an order or a subscription, when approached, they said it was a fee to connect credit card. which I definitely did not add. Now they are denning everything & refusing to return the money. Total scam with low quality products, just avoid if you care about your money.

Terrible!!!! Their website is deliberately organised to make it difficult to make a complaint about them! They took the money from my account after I had cancelled and then didn’t send me any goods! AVOID! They also lure you in with free shop credit, but the cheapest thing in the shop is £95!

Product quality is fine. However, terms of cancellation are unlike anything I’ve ever come across before. Quite cheeky and glad to finally be rid of the subscription. I’d avoid the headache of dealing with this company.

Poor quality boxer shorts at a premium price. Hey develop holes easily, despite laundering as per the instructions. They make membership cancellation cumbersome and require notice, so even if you cancel before your next order is due to arrive you still need to pay for one more. They harass you for payment for a product you don't want or need.

Got a free pair wasn't not for me so cancelled it. Account said cancelled but yet they want me to pay for another pair and if I don't pay they will send a debt collector to my house to get the money. And now my account says in active not cancelled. Constant emails threatening me if I don't pay.. Scum

This is really a rip-off and a scam!!!!! I was supposed to get 1 Boxer for free via Home24 - at the end of the order there was a voucher. I was supposed to get 1 boxer for free according to the offer. One came, then I already had to pay and there was no way to cancel in time. That alone is outrageous. In any case, I am now being threatened daily by e-mail with reminder costs and debt collection. This is also a really disgusting form of coercion, which I'm sure forces many people to continue paying. I will not pay any more, because On That Ass did not keep to the accepted conditions. Hands off! Hands off! Hands off! Consumer protection will also be called in.

THIS IS A SCAM OF THE BIGGEST ORDER Do not be dragged into this scam. I joined up and then cancelled my subscription and have emails from Onthatass to support this. My subscription was cancelled within the timescales set out on their website. They still continue to chase me. In an email received yesterday I am being threatened with an admin charge unless I pay, and if I fail to do that the matter will be put in the hands of debt collectors with a further charge of £40. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY AND WALLET DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS CONTRICK. Perhaps the mistake I made was to respond to their emails. If I COULD GIVE THIS COLLECTION OF THIEVES A MINUS RATING I WOULD DO SO.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I was happy with my first 2 purchases when suddenly all my shop credits were gone! They said it was because I canceled my subscription in the first month. Did it make sense? I purchased 2 more later yet my balance remained zero, even though it's stated clearly in their terms that the credits will be debited into my account each successful monthly payment. I have paid 4 times so far and all the messages sent to this company via email and FB messenger took way too long to respond, to the point I received a reply only once after a few days of communicating with automated machine, despite they told me to wait 1 business day to speak to an employee. Now that I canceled the whole thing, pretty sure they'll just delete all my shop credits even though I was supposed to have them accumulated for months already. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED. Be very careful when making your purchases because they cheat even through their own terms stated on their website. Make sure to keep everything recorded in black and white, in screenshots. I keep every email and invoice sent from this company in case they try to take more money from me after canceling. By this record, I'm supposed to have one pair of boxers coming this month. And because I'm making my final payment this month, I should be getting my last pair next month too. I hope this is it and no more. This is according to their own terms, so we'll see. I no longer want to have anything with this company. It's a mistake that I thought despite all the bad reviews, I had faith that they're not this stupid trying to scam openly this way. Boxers are made in China btw. Nothing originals here, and much worth it buying something with a more established brand. Communication is very bad between purchases as their team only entertains those who are already on their side, not someone like me who's asking them to clarify things. How do you expect people to stay in your loyalty program if we can't even trust you in the first place? Btw, they been deleting this from visitors post on their FB page, clearly wanting to hide this truth. They no longer respond to my emails and my messages on FB because this is something they can't fix but possibly hope nobody else will know.

Don't take it up. They make it so difficult to cancel an account once it is setup and threatened to take action via a debt collection centre. Come to think about it .. just for a pair of undies? Not worth it! Just buy a pair retail or some where that doesn't rip you off!

This company is a scam and violating EU GDPR laws. I could not log in to my account and could not even reset the password as the link to reset kept taking me to an error page. Informed them by email but they couldn't fix it. After 14 emails back and forth and it still didn't work. I asked them to delete my account alltogether. They kept looping the emails saying they could delete but I could just deavtivate... DUH, I am NOT able to sign into my account. In the meantime, I got another email saying they will have recurring charges. It is now 10 days later and more than 20 emails back and forth and still no solution. Stay away if you value your time! If I could give it a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would.
