“They're trying to trap people in their subscription, the quality of the items also isn't great and when you try to cancel they're going to make it difficult for you. I have had to dispute charges and submit complaints regarding this company. They're really unhelpful and just want your money. Avoid!”

I set up a membership for boxers just to look at the designs, thinking i could just cancel the setup but it would not let me. no matter what I tried, I couldnt cancel the membership. This was in february and they were going to charge me mid march. I sent emails, I sent accound deletion requests and i argued with the chatbot numerous times but nothing came of it. mid march comes and im not charged because i dont have the money, and two weeks pass and i hear nothing so i think im safe. However, the moment i got any money in my account (1st april) It all disappears due to this horrible company. I then scour though a bunch of questions and answers just two figure out that the only way i can even REQUEST a refund is on the 25th day. Absolutely disgusting and money-hungry company. There are way better, more reliable places to get your products.”

I have been purchasing on that ass subscription for almost a year now.
Nice quality boxers very comfortable and it's a surprise they look forward to every month . It's always fun looking at all the designs on the boxers each month.
I would have liked to order the women's subscription for myself but I was disappointed with the fit and look of the sets I find it would be a very bland subscription and not like the mens with all the patterns and cool looks.
I see some bad reviews regarding cancelling the subscription but that's not anything I've dealt with or will be dealing with as it's a great subscription”
