Customer service is the worst thing I’ve ever come across, attitudes stink.
I haven’t had anything from this company in 3/4 years and I accidentally reactivated my account so they tried charging me for something I had not received and then went on to tell me I MUST pay as they cannot cancel payments.
I decided to go through another company in hope they could help resolve this and surely they did. Payment cancelled along with membership!

“Don’t let your trial period pass and double check after cancelling. I think they reactivate your account automatically so be 100% it was cancelled otherwise you will be forced to pay 2 extra payments (even though the notice period is 1 month)”
“I canceled my account but they claim I didn't which is a blatant lie. They are also refusing a deletion of my account and are asking for my bank details and personal information in e-mails, really shady scammy company! I am reporting them for fraud and have to ask for my money back through paypal. Never ever order from here!”

I've tried multiple times to cancel, but their system seems designed to keep you locked in. It's a blatant scam tactic, and it's left me feeling cheated and powerless. They've billed me repeatedly, despite my attempts to unsubscribe.
The lack of customer support is appalling. Emails go unanswered, and there's no way to reach a live person for assistance. It's clear they have no intention of providing any sort of satisfactory resolution to their customers.
Save yourself the headache and avoid OnTheAss.com like the plague. It's a scam through and through, and they have no qualms about taking your money and leaving you high and dry. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this fraudulent operation.”

Don't get caught out with the free sample. It's not free they will take payments out of your account even if you unsubscibed. If you don't make a payment they will threatening you with legal action. Be warned quality of the stuff is not the best.”
“I've tried several months running to cancel this "subscription" to no avail, so then cancelled my D.D.. I've now received FOUR reminders to pay the outstanding month! Each time I've gone back onto my account to find that my account has an "open" payments unable to be cancelled, so I've attempted to pay it but the payment won't go through! Emailed them, they send me links or want bank transfer AND screenshots of proof.. SENT them all the proof AND have now gotten the COURT action email 🙄 FU 🖕🏼OTA... AVOID!!! See pics below..

“I thought this was a great idea, subscribed for around a year. Then I got bores of paying over the top for cheap socks (the boxers are great). I tried to cancel, didn't work, tried again, didn't work. So I cancelled my direct debit like a normal human being refused to cancel a subscription that is pre-paid. Remember the "pre-paid" part. I then received an email saying my payment didn't go through (wow, now they want money but no cancellations allowed). I ignored it as I still couldn't cancel, figuring someone who would provide a contact number or email address to cancel. Guess what? No, they instead sent me a threatening email to pay £14 (yes, threatening me to prepay) or else debt collectors will be assigned to collect £40. Why not cancel the subscription due to no payment??? This company has bad maths, bad ethics and sure as hell don't deserve another penny of my business. I will share this review wherever I can to save as many people as I can from this toxic behaviour. OTA, do you think you can contact me now???”

I cancelled my contract three times, a further four times after that they took money from my account without sending a single pair of boxers. They are total robbers, I can not tell you strongly enough to not deal with this company.
They are point blank refusing to refund any money saying boxers were sent out, they were not.

“Absolute f****ng scam of a company, sure the product quality is fine, but if you want to cancel after you pay for your boxers, forget about it, they will FORCE you to pay another month due to hidden "1 month cancellation notice" which means that there is pretty much no way for you to get just 1 pair of boxers and they do not make this known anywhere outside of the obvious terms and conditions hidden in there hoping you do not see it, and a lot of people, me included, do not. They are an absolutely predatory, scamming company, and if you request a refund or cancellation they just ignore you and send you an automated email.”

“Con outfit. Wish I’d been on here and read the reviews before signing up. They tell you you need 1 month notice to cancel membership but when you do cancel, they say it wasn’t the right time of the month so they’re going to take another payment anyway. Inferior products too. Stay away”
“Very sneaky practice, it seems their business model relies on entrapping customers. See the many other stories of what a nightmare it is to cancel a membership with them. Also, there is a UK Advertising Standards Association rulling against the. I only logged in to see what they have to offer. They don't allow you to cancel despite having just clicked on their memberships to shop around and see what they have on offer and the delivery date being more than 3 weeks away!
Here, take my £15 and I'll make sure to never use you again. What a despicable way to do bussiness”
