terrible for trying to cancel membership. I set up a membership for boxers just to look at the designs, thinking i could just cancel the setup but it would not let me. no matter what I tried, I couldnt cancel the membership. This was in february and they were going to charge me mid march. I sent emails, I sent accound deletion requests and i argued with the chatbot numerous times but nothing came of it. mid march comes and im not charged because i dont have the money, and two weeks pass and i hear nothing so i think im safe. However, the moment i got any money in my account (1st april) It all disappears due to this horrible company. I then scour though a bunch of questions and answers just two figure out that the only way i can even REQUEST a refund is on the 25th day. Absolutely disgusting and money-hungry company. There are way better, more reliable places to get your products.
