“Terrible, terrible company. They keep charging me for what was advertised as free boxer shorts. I blocked them from charging my card, now they’re threatening me.
I’m writing a mail to report them.
Who even subscribes for boxers?”
“These guys are real scammers, I don't like the quality already paid for one still they forcing me to pay the subscription fees and will deliver boxer which I don't like first in place and don't want, no proper response after sending repeated emails except some length blah blah email talks about clauses etc..etc, they should be banned for these unethical practices .”
“i cancelled my membership many times and they still kept charging my bank card i could never get a hold of them and when my emails where replied to they never helped or actually tried to solve the problem so do not purchase it’s not worth it 9.99 for 1 pair a month”
“SCAM SCAM SCAM don't buy anything from them, they gonna force you to pay each month and will never cancel your subscription, even if they do they'll still charge you, never give them your credit card”
“I had a subscription for the boxers, they were nice and good quality but a bit expensive.
I went to cancel but they have a system where you build up 'shop credits' each time you make a payment and you can then spend this on clothing. It then made sense as to why they were expensive so I kept the subscription a little longer to build up enough credits to buy something.
That time came around and all items were OOS. I waited another month, meaning another payment was made, OOS again! This happened 4 times in a row, £40 less in my pocket and more boxer shorts than one could ever possibly want/need.
Finally, they had something in stock, not my size but who cares I will give it away. I purchase it with a whopping £13 postage!! They take the money but there is no confirmation email, no tracking number and not even a hint of it in the orders section in my account with them. Yet, they've taken the money.
A quick Google shows this is all a big scam, I wish I looked sooner. I contacted them to cancel and was greeted with the worst/rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I was told I could not cancel until I make another payment, I explained I do not have the funds, nor can I afford it and was told that it didn't matter, I must pay.
I have not received the item I am being demanded to pay for nor do I want it. If they let me cancel they would not be at a loss. They are forcing me into debt as I cannot make this payment and other reviews state they send debt collection letters.
I can't understand why anyone would want to wake up and go to work for a place like this.”
“I got to these “free boxeres” because i was playing a game and they said they will offer free boxers so ithought well why not? Then i had to put my card and pay one euro to confirm my identity (why the hell on earth would you need the credit card to identify someone?). During the process they never stated anywhere that by putting your card details you would automatically be in a subscription. They say a free trial but they dont say any subscription.
Anyhow i was charged two times, and i dont receive any boxers, never!!! This is the biggest scheme ever! Worst company i have ever seen! Should be broke soon i guess!! With all of these schemes and misleading people. I just wrote yesterday, and people seem to be ignoring me!!! I am waiting for a refund from a product that i didnt receive and from a service i didnt request!!!”
“Scammers.
Julia Marcolina, Jorn Besselink and Maurice Hoek have been reported to actonfraud, trading standards, Barclaycard and Paypal.
As others have noted, deceptive and anti-consumer practices are being employed to obtain card numbers and then fraudulently bill customers who have made it abundantly clear that they do not agree to such charges.
This is fraud by deception with intent to permanently deprive.
Any consumer who has been conned should also contact actionfraud and obtain a crime reference number to produce to their card providers immediately. This can be done online for free in under 15 minutes.”
“at first you get what you pay for and the product are nice and you get what you pay for.
HOWEVER, when you wish to unsubscribe you can't, honestly they wont let you. I have been trying to cancel payments with them for months now and what makes it worse is the bank can not help you as its a debit agreement.
every time I cancel and the cancellation is confirmed, they still end up taking out the next payment and whats worse, since I tried to cancel my subscription they have not even sent me any PRODUCT!
so here I am paying them when I don't want to, for a product I don't want, that I wont get anyway
Don't just read the reviews here, look online there are entire pages of people complaining about this scam
please avoid them, don't make the same mistake I did”
