I signed up for a membership and canceled it within the allowed time frame. Despite this, I was charged twice. The company claims I have a second account under a different email, which I never created or authorized.
Despite providing proof and contacting them multiple times, they refuse to acknowledge the mistake or refund my payments. They charged me for an account that doesn’t exist, and their customer service has been unhelpful.
This experience has been frustrating, and I’m sharing it to warn others about their practices.
