I decided to try their offer of a free pair, and I was told they were on their way. After a week of waiting for delivery, I contacted them to say they hadn't arrived, so they said they'd send a second free pair. However, they arrived on the 15th day since I placed the order, so they had debited my account a few hours before the package arrived! Now I was locked into a membership. Worse yet, when I tried them boxers on, I found they were a poor fit (I used their sizing guide, even though that said to order a size up from my normal size) and the waistband comes up to my belly button. I used PayPal for my subscription originally, so I simply cancelled the subscription on the PayPal site. When they insisted that I had to pay for another pair, I used a one-off credit card, so that I can be sure that they won't be able to take any further payments. Pros: I like the prints, and the quality of manufacture seems okay. Cons: sizing is completely wrong; getting out of subscription is difficult; 'chatting' with customer service is a poor chatbot; it takes too long to get sizes changed. I'd advise anyone reading these reviews not to join this subscription scheme.
