What terrible customer service. The chat is so prescriptive it's pointless! When you email them, they take ages to respond and then don’t even read your issues correctly. I have ended up with half a dozen pairs of shorts that are wrongly sized. They are so coarse you need a larger size than normal to wear them comfortably.
Not worth the money or hassle!
