I didn’t receive anything after subscribing,
I had to block my card to avoid unnecessary charges, now I can’t unsubscribe and you are not delivering anything to me
I tried to cancel the subscription on the website and it’s telling me I can’t because I’m yet to pay. How can I pay for what I didn’t receive. That is extortion and it’s unfair
Your so call customer care is an automated chat that doesn’t help in anyways
Pls look into this , I will like to cancel as I will not be paying for something I didn’t receive.
