You were supposed to take money on the 30th but unfortunately my bank account was scammed and my card was frozen. I informed you of this but you persistently tried to take money , even after me emailing you day after day . I got my new card and you took 9.99 on Mon 12th June then you took it again +1.00for updating my details . Is this normal as your customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with . I would never recommend anyone from dealing with you as it takes about a week to reply to e mails . I have decided that I want what you owe me and then you can cancel everything about me . Thank you for not leaving enough to cover my bills . Never buy from this company .
