For your own peace of mind and avoid any frustration in future and disappointment, follow my advice.
Firstly, select low rating reviews and read them.
It's a disgrace!
My personal genuine feedback:
SIZES: total unmatched, you'll be disappointed, definitely.
FIT: Ain't great, not enough ballsack (quite flat front). (Most likely to be tight as hell)
QUALITY: ain't worth their ridiculous prices, in 6 months they start ripping apart, I find better quality in local shops and definitely cheaper.
I have had replacements requests due to quality issues, didn't even took 6 months of wear.
PRINTS: YES, some great some awkward!
After a few washes, looks disgusting and colours quickly vanish, those bright colours will fade from the first wash. They recommend washing by hand while on shower. (UNETHICAL HYGIENIC, we are talking about UNDERWEAR, genitalia area) Imagine all the bacteria building up if you actually follow their advice.
Such a low profile marketing move to make them last longer than supposed to, totally unhygienic and unethical.
MEMBERSHIP: oh DEAR! when the time comes to give up, ain't that easy and transparent. You'll be pushed to freeze your account instead of canceling, then once freeze finished you must give "one month notice" however you must still pay for the next 2 months membership.
CREDITS: WHAT A SCAM! You'll get credits with your purchases, however for you to make use of those credits, it'll literally cost you about £100 (in credit) for 1 T-shirt and swim shorts set. Seriously, it would cost me cheaper to go to selfridges and shop over there in some high end retailer. 1 jumper, expect to spend £160 in credit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I will let you judge as I guess you have read my genuine review.
Obs. On the 1st of July I have requested for my membership to be deleted immediately due to unsatisfactory services, it took them 10 days to actually reply to my email whereas I was expecting for an answer within 3 days as promised, again, very unprofessional. Nothing been sorted.
They must find themselves smart, if they take longer to solve customer issues, longer it takes to cancel a membership, more profits they make.
Today is 24/07, I have heard only once from them, been 15 days since I last emailed them, no response whatsoever.
I start to wonder the real meaning of your product. Ripping off your customer, kind of makes sense.
