The way that this company handles payments is exceptionally frustrating. They have taken two additional payments from the moment that I cancelled my membership. Moreover, their customer service is not helpful at all. I wanted to cancel the shipment of the last item, and I emailed them directly after I noticed that the payment was taken to prevent the item from being shipped and requested the amount to be fully refunded. However, I am still waiting for their reply—horrible experience.
