It tricked you to a monthly subscription without realising by giving you a free sample (which I never received, and honestly I forgot about it and didn't care), until they start charging you the next month, I immediately messaged them, they said it was a contract so no refund is made but will not charge any more. I thought it was my lesson for not reading the fine prints, so fine by me.
UNTIL I AM CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND MONTH.
So I effectively paid GBP19.98 for nothing.
