Horrible customer service, tried to cancel and cannot cancel with 'open payment' however they mention on multiple emails the product isn't sent until payment is made. I should not be forced to buy a product I do not want. I cancelled my PayPal after free trial and was not aware I also had to cancel on the site. Now they are threatening debt collectors for £40.
