Terrible company. I signed up by accident on one of those free deals, and then when you cancel they still take your money and refuse to confirm how to cancel the delivery of their underwear. The boxer shorts are so uncomfortable and of poor quality. Their customer service is embarassingly bad, I have sent them 3 emails asking for info on how to get refund for the 3 pairs of boxers I never wanted, and they just respond with a generic answer that doesn't address my question. They are very rude and incompetent. AVOID THIS BRAND.
