My husband is bedbound, on end of life care. He would never have signed up for anything like this. A pair of boxer shorts were delivered, with no invoice , he had no knowledge of them, they went straight to a homeless charity. Weeks later, we found a DD set up and took £9.99 through PayPal. We cancelled that, and then the stream of emails started saying we had to pay for the next one before cancellation was possible. We have answered each email and told them he is dying and would never have taken out any subscriptions for these . Another pair has been delivered today. I am at my wits end with this company. How can they harass and bully a dying man? As it’s based in Netherlands, our own Trading Standards can’t help.
