membership cancellation process is not user friendly. I wanted to cancel and I thought it was cancelled, only to learn later that it wasn’t and they charged me. Contacted them multiple times but they repeated what they said, didn’t refund me. Don’t recommend and I’d like to make formal complaints due to their complicated membership cancellation process which can deceive or mislead people.
