I originally signed up to their company as their products seemed of high quality and material. I received my first pair of boxers and I gifted them to my partner, he tried them on and unfortunately the material gave him a painful rash. I explained this to the customer service and asked that they cancel my membership and don’t send out another pair. Today (31/10/23) I got charged for another pair DESPITE explaining to them through email multiple times that my partner can’t wear their products and therefore we do not want another pair. However, the customer service kept stating I might give one months notice to cancel my membership and that they cannot do anything. I gave them notice on 02/10/23 and today 31/10/23 and they charged me for another pair! I will dispute this with my bank as I have multiple pieces of evidence stating I have told this company to cancel my membership as we physically cannot use their products!!
