My partner got me a pair and had the same issue when trying to cancel the subscription others mentioned.
But why did I want to cancel? The product is terrible. The designs are quite cool but unless you want your gentleman's appendages mashed into your body look elsewhere. There is no stretch in the area you'd want. If you want cool designs then Aussiebums are better value, free from subscription and not made for Ken dolls.
