Awful subscription service based in the Netherlands. Had a real issue contacting and receiving a reply from anyone when our order failed to turn up. Three months later and we've still received nothing, even though payment was taken. I've cancelled our account and subscription but had no refund or update from anyone regarding the money owed. As they're Netherlands-based it seems impossible to report them to UK trading standards. Please do not use.
