Didn't send ANY EMAIL about my trial period ending so I was oblivious to the fact that they were going to charge my account and take my money!
Tried getting a refund and I don't know how since their customer service sucks!
Cancelled my membership but I still have to pay them for next month!
So I'm getting charged DOUBLE!
