Hi There, I took membership in On That Ass on 28th January 2024. I received a free boxer on 5th February 2024. To explore more about On That Ass, I was just browsing their Socks Membership but unknowingly and unintentionally they accepted my Socks Membership on the 5th of February at 11:38 AM (UK time) when I received the membership confirmation email, I immediately cancelled and unsubscribed the membership within 2 minutes (on 5th Feb 2024 at 11:40 AM). I also cancelled my Boxer Short subscription on the same day and time. Recently, on 5th March, On That Ass charged me GBP 26.97 for the same Socks Membership. When I requested for refund, the company denied that they can't do anything about the refund even though they accepted the fact that the direct debit of GBP 26.97 had been accidental. Since my cancellation of memberships of Boxer Short and Socks, I haven't received anything from them. I don't understand why they charged me this significant amount.
