The company makes it really difficult for you to cancel the free subscription in time and then you have to give at least 1 month notice which I wasn’t aware. I contacted customer services about this and they just told me that this information was in the T&Cs. Since reading the reviews on trust pilot and other websites, I can see that 1000s of people feel the same as me.
