Told me I could get a free pair. Started the subscription and was charged £11.99. Nothing on the subscription page stated I couldn’t get the free pair or cancel my membership before 1 month was up. They are still charging me monthly even though they have said my contract has been terminated. 0 stars!! Customer service is useless
