Would give them one star if I could. I tried to cancel during the reflection period but the process made it extremely difficult to complete. Upon canceling my membership, I now have to pay for two orders I didn't want due to their four week notice period, which goes on throughout your entire membership. So even if you wanted to leave one month, you'd still have to pay for the next. It's a scam.
