This company has been a terrible experience. I feel completely scammed. Despite pausing my account, I was still charged. I reluctantly paid after being warned that my account might be sent to a third party, which sounded serious. Now I’ve decided to cancel my subscription because I no longer need the product, and the quality is not up to standard—something I already complained about. Please, I need assistance as I cannot afford to pay for another order that I don’t want or need.
