I was a customer of OTA for almost two
Years. They request a months notice when cancelling. I cancelled ON THE DAY my payment was taken (because I have too many boxer shorts) and they still insisted on taking a further payment, explaining that it’s in the T&Cs that you are required to make a final payment after cancelling, so I made a further payment, and now they’re trying to take another payment at the end of next month. I told them I simply will not make a further payment as I have already fulfilled my notice period and they said I will “just be getting into more debt”. This is clearly just a ploy to rinse customers out of a few months of service after they try to leave.
Additionally the colours on the product completely loses its vibrancy after one or two washes.
