Customer service ignore calls and emails. Sold a faulty product and they refused to repair or replace it and insinuated it was assembled incorrectly.
For some reason they offered a part refund for way less than the item cost which in no way was acceptable under the consumer rights act, or the right thing to do. Not a shred of common deceny and an appalling company to deal with.
