My husband has back pain and absolutely loved the comfort and support of the mattress. I did enjoy the product but do prefer a soft feel. We decided to return our Noa but we have to say that customer support is nothing short of amazing. Friendly and professional, they were happy to return the mattress for free and refunded us promptly.
