The mattress is medium - > 7/10 firmness which would be suitable for most people but I needed something with firmer support due to an existing back issue. Slight smell of latex/foam emitted from the mattress however overall build quality is premium and heat retention is minimal. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for for a 7/10 firmness mattress.
