I shopped around for a long time, and was recommended to switch to a "hybrid" for my back and muscle aches. Since most online mattress companies offer Foam style mattress, I was happy to discover this Noa hybrid mattress. After a month sleeping on my Noa, I can say I certainly feel an improvement in my back. Overall sleep experience is fantastic.
