Excellent mattress and outstanding customer support. Thanks a lot to the whole team who were patient enough to answer all my technical questions and concerns. Took 2-3 nights to get used to it, but am really enjoying it. It's a great product. I'm happy to say, as a back sleeper: no more heat zones on my back.
