Smooth experience overall. Times are changing! Last time I bought a mattress, 11 years ago, would've never had such a good service online and free delivery... I think the price is relatively fair for a quality product. The mattress is thick and heavy, lots of components, yet sleeps very cool. The pressure relief is top shelf. What else can you ask for?
