Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff. This made a big difference for me, as I didn't feel pressurized to make the purchase, and got clear answers to all my questions about the product.
The first 2-3 nights I was unsure. I think the mattress was settling in after the unboxing. Then it was just perfect. We've been sleeping on it over a month and we're really happy with the firmness and mattress.
