Refund process is awful!
I ordered a few dresses & really liked them all, they even arrived quickly. However one was too large so I returned it. It reached them on May 25th but it's never been acknowledged & I've not received my refund.
When I contacted them they said refunds can take up to 21 days but they'd look into it for me but I've heard nothing since.
Would definitely put me off shopping with them again despite seeing lots of dresses I like on their website.
