Awful experience with customer service, better said: none at all because they don't even answer.
I've purchased a few dresses some days ago and I've been given 2 different tracking numbers and none of them provides info on location. They're not even updated... I've tried contacting customer support (they only have a form inside their website) and no answer from them!!!
