I am still awaiting a refund, on two items, returned.
Noticed on the website, we won’t advise you, when the refund is returned to you, you will know, when it arrives back in your account, or words to that affect!!
Definitely would put me of purchasing anything from the website again. Would suggest, if you like an item try to purchase from M&S, no problem with returns.
