Returned two dresses in February tracked by Royal Mail. Got a refund for one of the dresses now April and still waiting for a refund for the second dress.I have done the e mail bit three times but still not got my refund. This is totally unacceptable and very poor service.Getting in contact with this company is also a pain.Nobody’s child needs to upgrade their customer service.I’m very very disappointed to say the least.
