I purchased a Sony Smart TV and filled in the customer feedback online giving them to Mark's in every category. Great service
But I wanted especially to commend the delivery and set up. The serviceman was John Xin. He was helpful in every way, answered every question, set everything up with extra tips and advice. He took his time, showed me tricks of the trade etc. Excellent service and worth the extra money for delivery and set up.
