“NOEL LEEMINGS MANUKAU SUPER CENTER!! DO NOT SHOP HERE WHANAU, DISGUSTING SERVICE, WHEN YOU RETURN PRODUCTS ON WARRANTY THEY RACIALLY PROFILE, I HAD TO TAKE MY GOODS BACK TO THE NORTHLAND STORE WE PURCHASED FROM WHILE ON HOLIDAY. THE INDIAN GIRL AT THE MANUKAU SUPER CENTER STORE LOOKED AT US AND WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING WHATVWE WERE RETURNING SAYS "NO YOUR WARRANTY DOESNT COVER THAT DAMAGE" - SHE DIDNT EVEN OPEN THE CASE TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE? THEN SHE ASKED IF WE PURCHASED THE HEADPHONES ON MARKET PLACE??! Are you fricken kidding me? With all receipts and within the first 12 months of purchase, with a 3yr warranty ontop of that also, absolutely disgusting service, DO NOT SHOP AT THE MANUKAU SUPER CENTER NOEL LEEMINGS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!”

“Bought Apple Air Pods and the 3 year product replacement warranty. The left air pod started to crackle and wouldn't charge, but unfortunately this was 3 years and 2 weeks after I purchased it. Tried to make a claim and was told "We won't replace them". So, now I will purchase replacements from somewhere else and I will never buy from Noel Leeming again.”

“i brought a printer, asked if my husband could pick it up told her the name, she said yes and asked the name, she didnt say he would have to have proof of identity , he had the receipt with him otherwise i would of told him to have some on him as he was coming straight from work, and i was still at work i have hurt my back so that"s why i asked for him to pick it up”

“Customer service at Palmerston North store was terrible. Stood for at least 15min looking at security cameras with sales people walking past and not a word spoken . I found the same Cameras ($1500 worth) at JB hifi so I went there and the customer service was fantastic so I bought them.”

“Hi went to Noel Leemings Lyall Bay today as I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy phone I purchased a Norton antivirus which he installed for me and my phone is now working perfectly fantastic service thanks heaps”

“Royal Oak NL. could not have had better service from Lakshorne and James as they helped me with my Prime Video issues on my new Samsung tele. The were extremely patient in sorting everything out. I could not have done it on my own. And also a big thanks to Sandeep who fixed me up with a DVD that will work on this tele. Thank you”

“Served by Moses at Noel Leeming, Silverdale and cannot speak highly enough of him. He provided us with answers to all the questions re the whiteware we were purchasing. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable. He text us with updates on information we needed and exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with our purchases. Moses is a real asset to Noel Leeming.”

“My cellphone had been cutting out. Noel leeming booked me in next day. Not letting me know he was sick I went in and instead got a very rude young person telling me it was my fault it wasn't working and to find out I would have to pay. Just very rude condescending. I am 71 years and feel sad that this is our new treatment from rude kids.!!!!”

“A couple of weeks ago me and my family went into Riccarton mall to buy a new electric jug .we went to the shelf were they displayed .but there wasn’t any there my brother said that there was a box already opened so I proceeded to have a look.at that a guy called Kyle came over snatched the box out of my hands and said you do not open boxes.I said it was already opened he said that there was a demo jug on the shelf we told him that there wasn’t one .so I said you owe us an apology he said that won’t be happening.my said we won’t be coming back to this store we will go elsewhere he said to me you do that old man . I tried to see the manager but he was never there. I spoke with a junior manager and he said that we don’t mind if people open up boxes and that he would pass on our concerns we have never heard back .thanks for your time”

“So im in town and get text to say delivery is about to be made to my house. No phone call to check if this is convenient and someone will be home. No luck getting anyone at noel leaming to answer phone. Not impressed.”

“Terrible customer service from the Lyall Bay store in Wellington. Purchased a HP Chromebook in January for my son and after 4 months the laptop would not turn on. I took it along to the store and they sent it off to HP to be looked at. I received the laptop back after 2.5 weeks and when receiving it back, realised there were new faults due to the repair that had been carried out. I have no trust in this laptop now and have requested a replacement or a refund but the store have insisted over and over again that I have to wait to hear from the HP service centre to find out what the fault is. It has now been another two weeks of waiting. So four weeks of not having a laptop for my son’s school days and the laptop was only 4 months old! Super frustrating at the passive service and response from the store manager and it seems crazy that Noel Leeming are happy with the service provided by HP! Will never buy anything else from NL ever again”

“went to Greymouth Noel Leeming for a wi fi extender. Met Omi. He asked what I needed and then talked me through what sort of equipment would suit me even asking me to draw my house as a plan to see what layout I was trying to fix with my wi fi. He suggested trying a TP Link extender and told me how to set it up. Well everything was so simple with his directions. Where I had virtually no wi fi in part of my house, I now have a very strong wi fi connection for all of my devices. Thanks Omi, I will return everytime to you for my tech stuff, Garry the old Aussie”
