Brought an Xbox controller controller that was faulty. Instead of doing what other companies do and replace it the chose to put the customer out and send it away for an assessment with out any replacement. Well I was there for 20 minutes they did the same to 2 other customers. Noel leeming has hone down hill drastically!

They lied to me about my product been fixed ,and that it was being courier back. The package sat in the levin store for 1 week before it was actually courier out. No communication from them what so ever, I had to do all the follow. would never deal with these guys again ever. You can not even get hold off the area manager, mmm that sounds suspicious to me, too much to hide.

I bought a dryer online. Before deciding to choose NL, I did a research and saw that at Harvey Norman, the dryer is $20 cheaper and free delivery to Karori but they do not provide installation services. This was why I chose NL as they provide this service. I paid $126 for a delivery and installation but They dropped the dryer without installation. I contacted them twice via email but no response. I called them and they refunded me $40 for installation. Their website misleads customers about installation.

Faulty Panasonic Heat Pump Dryer Under Warranty - we have had a terrible customer experience with our dryer that is under warranty. We filed a claim following our claim, Noel Leeming arranged for a technician to inspect the unit. The technician advised that the machine was missing a key component, a bottom vent, which should have been installed at the time of manufacture. He ordered and installed the part; however, since this intervention, the issue has not been resolved and, if anything, has worsened to the point where the machine is unable to be used. We have been repeatedly following up this via phone calls and emails for resolution, but this has been extremely slow and very poor customer service, and we keep getting told that it’s our fault. Will never purchase any products form Noel Leeming again.

Not happy with dish washer install the used bad materials now have dish waher hose hanging inside cupboard not neat like was when my new kitchen was built considering I had materials ready for them

I bought a flip 6, with extra warranties etc. DONT EVER BUY THESE YOUR HOUSE INSURANCE WILL COVER it. 3 months later the screen went black. Took it back to northlinks, they sent it away, I asked for a replacement, they said it was up to the Samsung rep.. who is actually just a Samsung certified repairer, yes it was repaired .. sent back and now I have a phone which has a black rectangular hole on my screen from my front facing camera. Took it to Moorhouse Ave store, so annoyed I asked for a new phone, I don't want a 2x repaired phone that I've only had use of for 3 months. Guess what? They rang to say it's been repaired I can collect it. Noel Leeming you better stop charging people for unnecessary warranties and stop repairing your faulty goods instead of refunding or replacing as you should. My phone cost $2000 with all the extras you insisted i needed. Never again will I buy from you. And I will talk everyone else out of buying from you as well.

NOEL LEEMINGS MANUKAU SUPER CENTER!! DO NOT SHOP HERE WHANAU, DISGUSTING SERVICE, WHEN YOU RETURN PRODUCTS ON WARRANTY THEY RACIALLY PROFILE, I HAD TO TAKE MY GOODS BACK TO THE NORTHLAND STORE WE PURCHASED FROM WHILE ON HOLIDAY. THE INDIAN GIRL AT THE MANUKAU SUPER CENTER STORE LOOKED AT US AND WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING WHATVWE WERE RETURNING SAYS "NO YOUR WARRANTY DOESNT COVER THAT DAMAGE" - SHE DIDNT EVEN OPEN THE CASE TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE? THEN SHE ASKED IF WE PURCHASED THE HEADPHONES ON MARKET PLACE??! Are you fricken kidding me? With all receipts and within the first 12 months of purchase, with a 3yr warranty ontop of that also, absolutely disgusting service, DO NOT SHOP AT THE MANUKAU SUPER CENTER NOEL LEEMINGS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

The man Nick who tries to advise on computer issues is useless. Needs to update and keep up with the changes. A refresh cause would help his situation. Please note I have a lot of money here.

Bought Apple Air Pods and the 3 year product replacement warranty. The left air pod started to crackle and wouldn't charge, but unfortunately this was 3 years and 2 weeks after I purchased it. Tried to make a claim and was told "We won't replace them". So, now I will purchase replacements from somewhere else and I will never buy from Noel Leeming again.

i brought a printer, asked if my husband could pick it up told her the name, she said yes and asked the name, she didnt say he would have to have proof of identity , he had the receipt with him otherwise i would of told him to have some on him as he was coming straight from work, and i was still at work i have hurt my back so that"s why i asked for him to pick it up

Customer service at Palmerston North store was terrible. Stood for at least 15min looking at security cameras with sales people walking past and not a word spoken . I found the same Cameras ($1500 worth) at JB hifi so I went there and the customer service was fantastic so I bought them.

Hi went to Noel Leemings Lyall Bay today as I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy phone I purchased a Norton antivirus which he installed for me and my phone is now working perfectly fantastic service thanks heaps
