My cellphone had been cutting out. Noel leeming booked me in next day. Not letting me know he was sick I went in and instead got a very rude young person telling me it was my fault it wasn't working and to find out I would have to pay. Just very rude condescending. I am 71 years and feel sad that this is our new treatment from rude kids.!!!!

A couple of weeks ago me and my family went into Riccarton mall to buy a new electric jug .we went to the shelf were they displayed .but there wasn’t any there my brother said that there was a box already opened so I proceeded to have a look.at that a guy called Kyle came over snatched the box out of my hands and said you do not open boxes.I said it was already opened he said that there was a demo jug on the shelf we told him that there wasn’t one .so I said you owe us an apology he said that won’t be happening.my said we won’t be coming back to this store we will go elsewhere he said to me you do that old man . I tried to see the manager but he was never there. I spoke with a junior manager and he said that we don’t mind if people open up boxes and that he would pass on our concerns we have never heard back .thanks for your time

So im in town and get text to say delivery is about to be made to my house. No phone call to check if this is convenient and someone will be home. No luck getting anyone at noel leaming to answer phone. Not impressed.

Terrible customer service from the Lyall Bay store in Wellington. Purchased a HP Chromebook in January for my son and after 4 months the laptop would not turn on. I took it along to the store and they sent it off to HP to be looked at. I received the laptop back after 2.5 weeks and when receiving it back, realised there were new faults due to the repair that had been carried out. I have no trust in this laptop now and have requested a replacement or a refund but the store have insisted over and over again that I have to wait to hear from the HP service centre to find out what the fault is. It has now been another two weeks of waiting. So four weeks of not having a laptop for my son’s school days and the laptop was only 4 months old! Super frustrating at the passive service and response from the store manager and it seems crazy that Noel Leeming are happy with the service provided by HP! Will never buy anything else from NL ever again

No one is ever ready to serve you, staff have a terrible attitude. Go to Harvey Norman Whangarei, you get much better service

Came to Manukau super center Noel leaming one of the staff was very rude way of talking not much helpful. Please teach them how to handle customer services which is very important part of customer service.

went to Greymouth Noel Leeming for a wi fi extender. Met Omi. He asked what I needed and then talked me through what sort of equipment would suit me even asking me to draw my house as a plan to see what layout I was trying to fix with my wi fi. He suggested trying a TP Link extender and told me how to set it up. Well everything was so simple with his directions. Where I had virtually no wi fi in part of my house, I now have a very strong wi fi connection for all of my devices. Thanks Omi, I will return everytime to you for my tech stuff, Garry the old Aussie

Noel Leeming Silverdale. A lovely young man called Jai helped me sort out a couple of issues with my phone and laptop at the Silverdale Branch on Saturday. I was impressed by his manner and helpfulness. It would be wonderful if all young kiwis were as personable and helpful as he was. I believe he only works a couple of days a week as he is also a Uni student.

I bought an HP Envy Move 24 inch All-in-One Portable PC a week ago. The wireless key board keeps disconnecting from the computer (happens about one time per day). The only fix is to restart the computer. I talked to Noel Leeming customer care, they just told me to take the product instore, which will probably not help me with a sporadic problem, and they said I should call the store before I visit. I have called the store three times and they don't answer. Customer care also gave me the number for tech support. I have called them, but they do not answer either. The company would not take my number to get a support person to call me back. I feel like I have to do all of the running around for a problem they would be responsible for as they sold the product. Would suggest you buy your products from another retail outlet with better support.

Noel Leeming Manukau Poor customer service. They make a mistake & then put the blame back onto you the customer. Doesn't cost anything to give good customer service.

Noel Lemming Northlands Christchurch extremely poor customer service and very rude staff. We went to Riccarton and they were the total opposite. If Northlands wants any customers they need to change their attitude fast. I am also a VIP Customer.

Noel Leeming Wairau Park really stands out for immediate and well informed customer service. Lina was very helpful in helping with an oven purchase. Porsh was awesome at transferring my data from old cell to new one. Great deals on most everything I ever need.

Went to Riccarton Noel Leeming to get my phone repaired because I had product warranty. When I bought the phone they told me that the excess fee was $100 then when I go there they are telling me the excess fee is $200. Anyways gave them my phone on Thursday then they told me the fastest I would get it by would back was the next day and the latest would be Monday. It's currently been a week still no phone.

Eufycam 2C Pro We got this security system but received a faulty unit as it kept disconnecting all the time. So we paid the tech guy to come and re install it in case we were doing something wrong. The homebase still was disconnecting so got in touch with noel leeming again. So they sent the tech guy out again to install new a whole new kit. New one hasn't disconnected yet and it responds very differently to the first one. So only a couple of hours in and I'm feeling very good about the operation of this second unit. Subject: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Sales Information Dear Noel Leeming Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received from your team. On [22/02/2025], I purchased a phone from your store, primarily due to the $300 cashback offer on my Gem Visa card account. However, the sales representative failed to explain the terms and conditions of the offer clearly. When I contacted your customer service team to inquire about the cashback, I was met with an unhelpful and impolite response from a representative with an Indian accent.Also it was a lady( did not said the name correctly )date of call 24/02/2025 @ call time 1618 hrs The representative claimed that the information was available on the website, implying that I was responsible for not reading the fine print. I feel misled and deceived by the sales representative's initial statement. I request that you investigate this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that your sales lady provides accurate and transparent information to customers. Have spent whole week trying to speak to a person. Automated phone responses are a waste of time. Emails not answered either, except by the equivalent to an automated phone response. Have enjoyed great service over the years not so now. They take your money then don't want to know you. No more will I shop there after I get this current product which is under warranty sorted. No wonder stores are closing or not doimuch trade. Deliver what you promise and educate your staff. Sort out your communication abilities.

Bought new first time top load Samsung wash machine from Noel Leeming, September 2024. Had 2 incidents with hairclips getting through to jam water pump. Maintenance/warranty repair guy took 2 weeks to unblock. I have 4 females that use clips, so wondering why there is no filter for foreign matter entering system. Coins also mistakenly left in pockets. Our original side loader had access point to pump for easy maintenance. Bob
