Robert, the Assistant Manager from the Lower Hutt branch, was just as helpful with the issue I brought to him as he was with the sale I gave him after the fact. Brilliant service, great bloke.

Before you buy ANYTHING from them try this: ring your local store...usual answer phone garbage but put in your local store extension. The phone will continue to ring then you will get "our team is busy" then it switches to a foreign answer phone company then you get another "sorry" message and don't wait. We waited over 30 minutes, nothing. Try their "online chat", Same thing, unavailable. This business deliberatly makes itself unreachable so forget after sales service, you will die of old age before they will ever respond.

F*** noel leemings. Absolutely terrible service. They took 4 weeks to tell me that the product I ordered online is no longer available. Im waiting for a refund and its been 2 weeks and Im still waiting. There customer service has been atrocious, they dont reply back and I have ⁹sent about 3-5 emails without a reply back. Trust me do yourself a service and go somewhere else where your business is welcomed.

Ordered an apple watch Se which was supposedly in stock. 4 weeks later I asked for an update on my purchase just to get an email stating there is no ETA on the product. I asked for a refund or possible or another variation of the product three days ago with no reply. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I make this guys review my own !!! We are know that we going through COVID times and there is delays but you can't sell something to your client you don't have stock Despite being told off by the commerce commission over this exact thing, they are still selling stock they don't have and have a major issue with communication with their customers over delayed orders. Disgusting Behaviour, we all understand business and $$$ but make your client look like a clown is not the right thing to do !

We purchased a dryer from Noel Leeming Te Rapa Hamilton in March 2018. The dryer stopped working just outside the warranty of 2 years. Noel Leeming admitted I was covered under the CGA because it was perfectly reasonable to expect a new dryer would work for a lot longer than 2 years. My last dryer, a F & P lasted 20 years and that was with a family of 5! This Tuscany dryer was only used sporadically for 2 people. From early this year (2021) I've been going backwards and forwards to try and get this resolved. I've been lied to, promises made and broken, excuses aplenty. In other words DISGUSTING customer service, in fact NO CUSTOMER service at all!!! They also blamed the manufacturer, the electrical appliance repair place, all so they could remove themselves from taking responsibility. About 3 months ago I was promised (in writing - email) that our full refund for repair of the dryer would be put into our account or be in touch soon to arrange the deposit. NOTHING HAS OCCURED TO DATE!!!!! I am thinking about taking it to 'Fair Go' or the small Claims Tribunal. I bet that would get them off their lazy arses. They (noel leeming) don't seem to understand that in NZ if we don't get good service or outright ripped off we TELL LOTS OF OTHERS NOT TO SHOP THERE EVER!! watch out NL you may go out of business and all your staff would be without jobs (then they'd care no doubt). In reading the reviews they are all like a repeat of my story and I've just seen a damming article on NewsHub "Noel Leeming fined after repeatedly lying to customers about their rights under the consumer's guarantee act" for which they were fined $200,000 for misleading customers. All in all my 1 star is only there cos I had to enter something but frankly the only star they actually deserve is for totally screwing their customers over with a smile. Lastly this and all the other reviews are really a waste of time because I also learnt today that they haven't replied to any negative ones for over a year, pretty much sums it up right, "our way or the highway" is their daily mantra. You deserve to go broke Noel Leeming!!!

Your customer service is worst. I never experienced this kind of customer service in any store like yours Neol leeming Nelson. Neol leeming manager doesn't have any knowledge and don't have any experience to handle customer. His name is Mike King and one of staff her name is Grace. They both don't have any experience. Worst customer service ever had from you guys. I won't going to buy anything from Neol leeming Nelson and I won't recommend anyone to go there. Your staffs need to learn how to learn customer service.

I purchased a refridgerator on 15/08. I paid a lot for the delivery/installation (plug in the cord only, nothing technical) but delay delay and delay for my refridgerator. I understand we are in lockdown, who does not?? I purchased it bfore lockdown and it is an essential item anyway. 3 weeks for this high essential item to wait is not on. It's a survival item. and I was told "You are not only customer" on the phone. Of course I do know that. I am not asking to deliver a hair dryer or a domestic dishwasher or a domestic coffee machine. I can't believe he said that. Very poor customer service, beyond poor actually. and then customer service online team did not help me too. This person from online team name MC even refused to give her/his name as if s/he knew s/he didn't care and did not want me to find out. During lockdown, I have had no fridge. There is no takeaways open. I am trying my best not to go public and stay home as if I have had Covid but no choice, I go to shop queuing up every second day for the fresh food. No place to store cooked dishes, daily products or meat. My row meat diet dog is forced to eat dog biscuits. I desperately begged for my fridge I have already paid full for weeks ago. but they put me at the end of the line. It is 30/Aug today and I was told it will be on the 4th of Sept. They said they could delivery it on the 1/Sept but because they gave me 5 hours spot (between 8am - 1 pm) and they dont know what time they could come, so I could not grab 31/Aug spot. (I have a bubble with a person who is facing the end of life from terminal illness to take care of, and there is no fridge at this house as she intakes food through a foodtube PEG) I asked if they could give me more specific time like between 8am - 10am, its a 2 hours window but apparently they can not. I don't know how hard is this. Can you imagine you live without a fridge during lockdown while taking care of someone who might die any second and who is your blood? They are adding my stress level up which I never need. I wanted to hear that they were even a bit sorry for the delay. Nope, they are not even sorry. I do NOT recommend anyone to Noel leeming.

Noel Leeming - Pukekohe On 28/07/2021 we went to purchase a fridge. We were helped by a salesman named Hardip K. Hardip told us at time of purchase that we could Expect a call regarding delivery in the next few days, with delivery being made within 5-7 days from date of purchase. We have not heard back from anyone regarding the delivery of our fridge. We reached out to customer service two weeks after purchase and spoke to a lady named Grace who told us there was no stock of the fridge and that Hardip should have called us to inform us. We told her that no one had been in touch and Grace informed us that she had contacted Hardip and told him to contact us. This did not happen. Grace also informed us that we would have to wait till at least 16/08/2021 as there was no stock. Which was not once mentioned at time of purchase and there was no sticker indicating any stock shortage. Hardip did not contact us. We went to the Noel Leeming store on Monday 16 August, we made the purchase with, and spoke to Jason, who told us Hardip was not in the store that day and that he would get Hardip to contact urgently given how upset we have been with the lack of contact and shocking customer Service. Hardip did not contact us. Today is 17 August, we went into the store to speak to Hardip. Hardip spoke to us, and after we asked if he had received our message, he said he had received the message, yet even though he had been told to contact us urgently, he made no effort to. Instead he said he had tried to get in touch with Samsung. He seemed utterly disinterested in the fact that he had not come back to us at all regarding our order. In fact, he seemed totally disinterested in the fact that we hadn’t received the fridge at all. When we asked why no one had been in touch with us, he ignored that question entirely. We have told Hardip that if we do not get our fridge tomorrow we will be canceling the purchase and demanding a full refund. To say we are shocked with this disgusting service, it an understatement. Not only have we been without a fridge for nearly a month now, we have been landed with a salesman who dropped us as soon as he had made a sale.

Absolutely disappointed bought a brand new phone takes over 7.5 hours to charge sent away to say it has impact damage and 2nd hand repairs, owned the phone for less than 48 hours now writing to head office awaiting reply if nothing off to fair go and commerce commission!!!

I bought a smart phone from Noel Leeming, it costed $2299, its less then a year the screen went black. Since I live in overseas it cerated a hassle for me to drive far twice to Samsung store here but they asked me to pay a big amount, though the phone is under warranty. I had to contact back NZ team, and send phone to someone there to take it to the store for assessment. They charge higher price for phones, product not reliable and put back all postage cost to customer on top of price. I won't have a phone to use and can't retrieve my data. Its very upsetting and frustrating, worst experience ever. I asked for my refund because if they fix the phone no guarantee how long will it last. If it goes wrong again, I will have to pay the return postage cost. Which means the smart phone will be around $3K calculating all the costs. I wasted so much of my time and money. I asked for my full refund but they don't guarantee, Noel Leeming just want to put all the cost to customers regardless charging higher price. I don't recommend to anyone.

The young Indian guy who served us- no customer service sense! No smile, lack of product knowledge.. when I told him I was after a certain tv as advertised on your website, he straight up told me i was wrong. Until I found that tv myself in your store! When I asked about the product, no knowledge. I got a straight answer its in the system! Well that's no use to me! I don't think I want to return to your Wairau store. Whatever happened to service with a smile. Saying that in loving my tv.

Still waiting on my refund. After a number of calls and emails this issue has not been resolved. Worst customer experience ever. Highly NOT recommend dealing with this store. Rip you off then offer lip service with a smile. If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow I will be writing to the Commerce Commission

Been waiting 4.5 months for them to order me a fridge and all I get is excuses for it not arriving when it is sitting in Auckland and staff not doing anything to sort the problem out

i worked at the defunct bond and bond now noel leeming. I was bullied by a senior indian sales person PP at Lower Hutt for three years along with the Manager JW who drove me to the point of suicide. This same company has being helping youth line but didn't mention me to them through sponsership. Total hypocrisy. The Manager would put through a fake charge account on Sunday to get his weekly bonus if close to target using PP or a student then credit it under his managers card committing fraud.

I was looking for a TV to get TVNZ ON DEMAND at noel leaming and I specificly asked if it could get it and the salesman said it would ,little did I know he was telling me blatent lies the TV can't get it at all, going back to noel leaming was not very helpfull at all they are not prepared to accept that it was sold to me under false pretences , apart from the consumers garantee act I am not sure what I can do apart from charging them with fraud
