Hi , We visited the Noel Leeming store in Botany Town Centre on Monday 23rd October. We purchased a mobile phone and were helped well by Johnny in doing this. However, we then wanted all the information and SIM Card on the old phone to be transferred to the new product. This job was assigned to Sareyboth U. Sareyboth had the technical knowledge and was absolutely wonderful when doing this. He was very patient with our questions and helped us STEP-BY-STEP through the entire process. We highly recommend Sareyboth and would like to point out that he is an absolute asset to NLG. Persons like him should be appreciated and promoted by management. We had called up the NLG line this morning and wERE put through to Raj at the store who was also very helpful and gave us the required information about how to give the feedback.
