Timaru Store: I can only say my experience with this store has been amazing. Thank you to Symon & Steve especially Symon. What an amazing help for an older person. I always feel I matter here. I have purchased phones laptops and tvs from this store and every visit noticed how the interaction with the public is par Excellent. Well done to this managment. Truly refreshing in this troubled time where everyone and everything seems to be attacked, Critized, definitely Judged. Perhaps reading some of the comments I have read it might be worthwhile to check at your own responses as a customer. I have also listened to interactions where it would be easy to ask the person to leave. Rudeness begets ??? Especially noticed is the response to people from other countries or not white. '

Noel Leeming has the worst customer service ever. I have bought a fridge (Haier) online. After 4 days of no other follow up, I have contacted Mitch online and he said that he will find out for me more details about my order and get back to me within 24-48 hours. After a day he send me an email and inform me that my order is with the supplier and once it’s in Sylvia Park for pick up I will receive an email with update and if I am still waiting for my order???? Next day I visited Sylvia Park branch and tried to get some more info from them but they told me to contact online people. They won’t communicate with their own people. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Seriously!!! I would understand if they are very busy with other customers, but they just talk between each other and doing nothing! Well, then I contacted Mitch via email again if he found out from their supplier when they are gonna get restock of my fridge. But he again told me … ” I am not able to give you ETA on your product, once it’s in the store for collecting you receive an update via email”. So the following day I have contacted the supplier (Haier) and asked them about their stock and they were able to give me an update on their current stock and when it’s the next one on my product and if I can tell my retailer to get in touch with them. It took me literally 2 minutes on the supplier online chat to get this information. After informing Noel Leeming customer service what I have found out from the supplier and if they can get in touch with them. Haha, no answer to my email anymore but yay my fridge was ready for collection 3 hours later 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 What a miracle 😂 Honestly, I just wanted to know when they are restocking their warehouse from the supplier and I was expecting they will find out the details for me. Not that I, as their customer, had to find the details on my own and give NL the push to finally contact the supplier as well 🤦🏻‍♀️ that is very disappointing customer service!!!

Noel leeming Tech services. Been out around 5 times Norman the training on your staff is appalling. Every call and home call out has resulted in more issues James not answering calls or texts doesn't resolve incompetent staff. When you muck up FIX it The reviews here say it all. Step up general area manager and take responsibility Mr D.

I purchased a Sony Smart TV and filled in the customer feedback online giving them to Mark's in every category. Great service But I wanted especially to commend the delivery and set up. The serviceman was John Xin. He was helpful in every way, answered every question, set everything up with extra tips and advice. He took his time, showed me tricks of the trade etc. Excellent service and worth the extra money for delivery and set up. Well done John (and Noel !!) Ron

Wow. Upon reading all of the other reviews I am not surprised. Noel Leeming customer service is absolutely below par. I bought a dryer over a year ago. I paid extra for delivery and installation. They didn't instal it properly (wrong ventilation system). I have been trying to rectify this for OVER a year. Meanwhile, my house is getting all of the condensation and heat from the dryer INTO my house. Mould. Mildew. I have emailed every month for a year. I have rung. I have visited the store. Today was the grand finale of customer service fails. I went in to the store (again) and was told that the manager - Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch, Daniel Rawiri (who I had been emailing) was in store. So I waited to talk to him. For over 25 minutes. As he saw me waiting and he chatted to a customer about her security system. Whilst not only ignoring me but 2 other people waiting to BUY things (one was just a cord!). This manager was at the TILL. He was the only person at the till. The guy behind us gave up and put his cord back. The women in front of us was huffing and sighing and rolling her eyes. We gave up. How on earth do you not go "sorry, for the wait, I see you, I'll be with you in a minute" or ANYTHING to acknowledge that he sees you. We are beyond frustrated by the poor service. Will NOT be buying from Noel Leeming again.

Sales staff are selling products they have no knowledge about . Bought a fridge with false advertisement on it . Your staff need to be educated on what they selling because they clearly dont have a clue. I will never shop here again

I have went to Noelleeming Papakura store, and was greeted with a smile and was asked what brings you out for shopping on this beautifull day. I was chuffed with the sales person happened to be " Sandeep" - Brilliant intelligent boy " answered all of the enquiry very patiently and from all the aspects that i was unaware from. Really happy with the sevice he offered and would like to go to this best store for rest of my business. He is a technology expert too- so" A one stop shop for me " Five starts to This Boy.. wishing uo Good Luck with his career

Tired of ordering from these guys, hearing nothing for two weeks and then finding out its been sitting in store but no one bothered to let me know. Twice in a row.

Went to Sylvia Park branch. Looked up for some customer service and got some help immediately. Unfortunately they didn't have in stock the phone that I wanted so they directed me to St Lukes. Tried calling them multiple times to reserve the phone while I made my way to the store. Nobody picked up. Went to St Lukes branch, stood by the phones looking and waving my hands for some help. No customer service. Looked around and saw multiple customers standing and wanting some help. No customer service. All employees standing behind the counter walking in and out of the staff only office. Finally got some help from what I assume is some high school student. Got some mumbles, looking at the ground, no manners, even scanned the wrong barcode. He wonders to the back to find the phone, gets it then waves me over to the counter. Doesn't even bother to try sell me the warranty extensions. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will be avoiding that branch forever.

money was removed from my bank account - the name on the statement wasNoel Leeming - they got in when i used my card at a WAWA gas station in parsippany nj - I contacted them - a customer care specialist gian emailed me back with a confirmation number and told me to call my bank - that was nice - it earned a star

No star awarded - it is ironic that there is difficulty even at the review level. When i read this I cannot fathom how only 10% of clients offer anything deemed 'ok' and they are still in business. There needs to be some intervention from policymakers to sort this out. It appears these reviews create NIL impact toward change.

Returned a laptop for repair under guarantee. It has been 6 weeks no one has contacted me. I have tried to get an update with no luck. Nobody at Noel Lemming had an idea were the lap top was. They gave me the repair companies number for me to follow it up . Never never again will I purchase anything from them again. Palmerston North

I would not even give them 1 star but had to so can write my review . Went in to look at dryers . Spent 15 minutes looking then decided what i want but needed to ask the staff a question about it . No one asked if we needed help. Asked the mobile side workers and they said they cant help because they have to stay on that side of the store . This store has no staff willing to help their customers . Terribe service and was not like they were short of staff .

Went into Noel Leeming today to buy a new phone. Waited for at least 5 min for assistance. Non forthcoming noticed groups of employees chanting amongst themselves, ignoring customers. Incidently, they all seem to be obese, I wonder if they have a policy of hiring fat lazy girls who don’t like talking to customers. Walked out and went to Harvey Norman, where I was greeted immediately and helped by a very knowledgeable salesman. Happy to give them my $2000 Won’t be going back to Noel Leeming!

Absolutely horrible experience with noel leeming, it seems they will sell you a product without actually having the product to supply you then lie to you over and over until you actually find a truthful staff member who explained there is no help from head office or other stores, after fifteen days of waiting for a click and collect from newlynn and Many excuses and broken promises, I'm told I can collect from Papakura. Great customer service

Noel Leeming service - confusing and no information on click and collect when it was supposed to be 1 hour - it was 11 days. They never let me know what was happening, I had to email and call. Apparently the hold up was that my order was been shipped from 1 shop to another (Megastore St. Lukes to Wesfield St. Lukes - about 300 meters distance). I was never made aware that 1 hour click and collect was delayed and when I suggested they remove the advertisement from their website or at the very least let people know when there are hold ups they ignored me.
